Shipping & Return Policies

Our shipping policy

All our decals and products are made to order. Please see product details for the production time as it varies for each product.

If you require an urgent order - please contact us to discuss. All items are packed in a postal tube or hardback envelope to ensure a safe delivery.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship all items via Australia Post for a standard fee of $9.00 which also provides you with a tracking number. This can take from 3 to 7 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express post is available  via Australia Post for a standard price of $12. Delivery is 1-3 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You have 2 options for shipping - Standard and Express. If you chose the standard shipping - not tracking number will be provided and we are not responsible for non delivery.
With Express delivery - a tracking number will be provided.

**International packages can take a MINIMUM of 7 Business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping typically takes 7 to 28 Business days to most countries, but can take as long as 42 days in some instances. Please allow for this. Please note that any Customs Charges (VAT charges) are the responsibility of the buyer. I do NOT issue refunds for decals returned to me because the custom duties weren't paid.

Our return policy

Returns are accepted on non-personalized decals only that are still in their original condition. If you'd like to arrange for a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be made once the product is returned, minus original shipping. Personalized decals, custom orders and used decals are non-refundable.

If there is an error with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist.
